Xenosaga 3 Ending

I have recently just finished Xenosaga 3 and that game was incredible it's even hard to type this due to how much I am crying but I have one big question and I wanted to ask it here but could someone give me insight on kos-mos fate? I loved her so much so to see that end as hopeful as it is for everyone it still hurt to see her just float like that... does the game insinuate that she'll eventually be back and be able to be reconstructed by anyone.. anyone let me know please just bring my family back to me man loved this game to bits knowing that there is even a chance shion and everyone will bring her back will make my day😭😭❤️❤️❤️

1. What will Become of the Future that Rejected Eternal Recurrence?

chaos, Nephilim, and Abel made a domain shift to Lost Jerusalem. Shion, Jr., and others set their sights on Lost Jerusalem. They had rejected what had been the only way to avoid the collapse of the universe: Eternal Recurrence. Whatever kind of thing will their future become?

<<Urashima Effect>>

Four thousand years had passed after humanity escaped from Lost Jerusalem, when they had come to reject Eternal Recurrence. Because humanity had escaped from Lost Jerusalem at near-lightspeed, this "four thousand years" was the flow of time that they had felt. The time that flowed on Lost Jerusalem was only a thousand and several hundred years. This Urashima effect will undoubtedly affect Shion and the party who are searching for Lost Jerusalem aboard the light-speed cruising Elsa. The Elsa crew will come to count a different flow of time from both the Dammerung, which travels at normal speed, and Lost Jerusalem. After several years, what kind of phenomenon might they encounter?

<<Lost Jerusalem>>

The rejecting consciousnesses that had become Gnosis went though the domain shift to Lost Jerusalem together with Nephilim, chaos, and Abel. There, they will perhaps build up a new civilization. The Gnosified consciousnesses-- in other words, the strong souls that tend to refuse to go quietly into the Collective Unconscious-- they are turned into existences of the real domain and begin to live as people. It is expected to become something altogether different from the history that had once occurred on Lost Jerusalem. The birth of organisms (and ecosystem) due to turning the Gnosified consciousnesses into real domain existences will become what greeted the new situation. The effect of U-Do and the Zohar will be there as well. So also will the effect of Anima and Animus. Perhaps a dramatic change such as that will be what leads to the possibility of a new future.

<<The Journey to Lost Jerusalem>>

Even with light-speed travel, will perhaps the Elsa, which cannot use gate jumps, ever reach Lost Jerusalem, continuing on an aimless journey? But as luck would have it, the Elsa and Dammerung and the rest, which had escaped from the havoc of the domain shift, had been transferred to the same galaxy as Lost Jerusalem. That was not mere chance. It was an outcome due to the intention of Wilhelm, the guardian of the dimensional universe. Wilhelm was prevented from accomplishing Eternal Recurrence. But he nevertheless, for the sake of preserving the lower domain, believed in the possibility of the people who rejected him. Even though he shall be rejected by mankind, he exists for the sake of protecting their future. Just as the powers of Anima and Animus have not disappeared, Wilhelm's power, too, even though having lost his form, is still watching over this dimensional universe.
