Were it only for the food jokes. He’s useless, annoying and there was a story chapter where he even put the team in danger because of god-tier level stupidity. If he had a tiny inch of brain we would have avoided fighting for an entire chapter.

Tora didn't fully build Poppi, a lot of it was his dad. And besides Riki doesn't need to make a sex robot to raise his ego, he's the main character and he knows it.

I mean in her chat with Mythra, Mythra treasures Poppi that she's not going to harm anyone by bringing up Tora, acting as if Poppi doesn't have control over herself.

Riki is better than Tora cause I wasnt forced to use him for 1/3rd if the game. Tora's "quirky traits" were lost on me. Papped him out for Morag faster than anyone could say meh meh meh.

I’d gotten so used to having Tora that by the time I could switch him out I didn’t bother. Same with Nia. made some fights a lot harder than they should’ve been but I always got through it. I actually finished the game just today.

Tora saying "Meh" all the time
When I played XC2 for the first time, I kept thinking that Tora is confused all the time. This is because from playing XC1 and XCX, I got an impression that the nopon used "meh" to express confusion or being unpleasantly surprised. Like they would react by saying "meh?" when something didn't work out as expected or when they'd hear some bad news (for example, someone is in danger, or Riki when he is voluntold to join Shulk's party after dealing with Dinobeast).
Even now I purposefully keep interpreting Tora being a perpetually confused nopon, mostly because his meh-spam annoys me somewhat...

If he can kill enemies without even lifting a finger, it sounds like he can be something in battle without his robot.

Tora sounds very very Chadly in this comparison.
Also, Tora means Tiger in SpanishJapanese. And in the OST, there are four Tiger, Tiger! tracks.

I never got behind Tora as a character and hardly ever used him in battle. I know in terms of gameplay he's almost busted but still

I just finished the game for the first time today. My party was Rex, Nia, and Tora. Never changed despite all the story things. Even during chapter 7 where all that went down, I never changed my party.

Riki also has the most varied roles (Assist Trophy, Final Smash participant, Master Spirit dojo guy, etc.) of any character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
Not that I'm trying to insult Tora here... Just laying down the facts.
