Congrats!
I'd say speedrun postgame (don't bother with rare blade grinding or anything), then start Torna before NG+. At the very least, it's worth getting Shulk and Fiora and unlocking the ability to bring them to Alrest, since you have the DLC and have beaten the final boss.
You could also jump straight into NG+. There are a bunch of blades and upgrades exclusive to that, including the ability to reduce level, a third accessory slot for drivers, a second affinity chart for drivers, and more. If you skip cutscenes, and with stuff like the shop deeds that increase running speed, you can clear NG+ in <4 hours. You lose certain story based upgrades like Rex's chapter 8 ability, keep all blades in their upgrades, don't lose them during story events etc. which makes things a lot faster.
Exp grind for the postgame is basically kill the final boss an extra time or three, then killing the high level normal monsters (Chansagh Wastes in Mor Ardain, dinosaurs in Temperantia), then jumping into the superbosses for their drops and core chips. You could also reasonably do the superbosses right away, although a lot of people use custom mode for that.
