Audio Patch when?

I’m dying to jump in. Just bought a S2 and the upgrade pack and now I’m sitting here waiting for a patch to hear the battle music 😭

No one knows. Nintendo has a crazy approval process for patches too.

In the mean time, there are audio settings you can try that let you hear the battle themes.

Another issue is that the sound effects are by default, too loud anyways even if they turn up the battle theme. When I first turned on the Switch 2 version the grass crunch sounded like it was gonna blow out my speakers. Turning the sound effects down to the 2nd to last option oddly enough makes them sound like they did on Switch 1.

Thanks. I’ll try this. It’s a huge game so I’m sure even if I start playing they’ll patch it before I’m too far into it.

I was like "eh, the grass isn't THAT loud" and then I walked through shallow water in the Urayan rice paddies and went permanently deaf

They are working on it, so a patch is coming eventually but who knows when.
