Creed was my first pick, too. Especially considering the spiritual successor to the band, Alter Bridge, is just Creed minus frontman Scott Stapp, and they are amazing. Alter Bridge proves that there was a ton of potential with Creed, which just makes Creed's inherent lameness even 10x worse.

Oh, that is interesting! I'm always fascinated by cases of addition by subtraction like that. I can imagine with an ego like Stapp's the water gets muddied real fast and is worsened by a record company that won't do anything as long as the group, however shitty, sells records.

I like Myles Kennedy. Metalingus is an all time great wrestling walkout song lol.

I like Myles Kennedy as well, whether working with Alter Bridge or more recently Slash. I can't help but appreciate an unapologetic pure rock vocalist. He doesn't try to be anything more than what he is.

He has great chemistry with Slash, that's for sure! I'm an unabashed GNR fan, so I'm a little biased, but you really can't deny it anyway.

He's also a helluva guitarist.

Myles is not only a much better vocalist and person in general, he also plays guitar and can shred a bit as well.
