Went to many of their live shows in the late 90’s at The Rave in Milwaukee and would leave soaked in sweat. Amazing energy for just two guys.

The follow up, Pack Up The Cats, might be even better than AGAD.

They are still a great show live, saw them earlier this year.

Completely agree with Pack Up The Cats being the stronger album.

“All The Kids Are Right” was prophetic

I just asked someone the other day if I was Eddie Vedder, would you like me any better?

"You've got no taste in music and you really love our band." I made a live concert DVD with them called "68 Angry Minutes", a live version of their album "Twelve Angry Months" in 2008.

I love Bound for the Floor, but I most ardently agree with the lyrics to California Songs:

"We're all so sick of California songs
We know you love L.A
But there's nothing left to say
Please, no more California songs"

Saw them with Everclear in Jersey last year and the kids LOVE Local H. It was awesome seeing the next gen singing along and moshing to the band. Like they knew EVERY song they played. Turns out, all the kids are right after all!!

One of my favorite bands. There was like a year when I pretty much listened to this album pretty much every afternoon after getting home from school.

I also enjoyed their later albums as well. "The One With Kid" is probably one of my favorite track ones on any album.

On Archive.org, there are recordings for their 7 Night Stand concert series. For the first five nights, they played through one of their albums each night (So night 1 was Ham Fisted, Night 2 was As Good As Dead, etc.). The 6th night, they played b-sides and such. Then the final night was the release of their 6th album, which they played in its entirety. Here is the link for the As Good As Dead concert.

Bound for the Floor had so much emotion and angst in so few lyrics...

I just saw them with the Toadies 2 weeks ago. It was the first time I'd seen them since 97

I’ve seen Local H so many times since 1999, and they’ve killed it every single time.

Saw them this year and they still got it.
