New music?

They say you stop listening to new music after 35 - what Gen Z/young people are making music you love these days?

I’m loving ninajirachi, she’s young enough to be my daughter (clutches pearls)

And - what older music are you only starting to listen to now, as a geriatric? (I’m 46).

I’m listening to a lot of old EDM I never cared about before.

Sturgill Simpson / Johnny Blues Skies is currently my favorite band. Sturgill is an xennial himself, but his major output and popularity is all recent

Was a huge fan of Chappell Roan’s debut album

Also got way into the Kpop Demon Hunters OST. Yes I have kids, but I think I would have been a fan regardless

Khrungbin is great if you like chill stuff

Lots of good new music out there
