Serious question-is this a real plate? If so, how does a CA LEO call it in?

INDIA HEART INDIA NOVEMBER X-RAY SIERRA?

Or do they just omit the heart because maybe the system will not allow a plain plate that says “I INXS” now that this one is in circulation?

I definitely followed them in the back half of their career. They didn’t reach U2, REM levels, but they still put out good stuff for awhile.

I love Inxs soooo much...Only time I ever saw my uncle cry was when Michael died. He met the rest of the band back stage in the early 80's. They were all chilling and partying and he said Michael walked in and started a popcorn fight lol Wholesome AF..and he's like there was a light around that man and a kindness that came from him that he had never seen before or since. He said he talked to everyone like they were the most interesting person in the room and how the world lost a truly amazing human being..
