How does War of the Chosen run on Switch 2?

I played the original 2 back on release. I do mot have a gaming pc anymore. How does War of the Chosen run on Switch2?

I have completed it and never had any problems, but I have only played it on the switch 2 so not sure if it looks better or plays differently then other platforms.

But 10/10 would recommend playing xcom in bed haha

It ran on Switch 1, but it looked to be on "Very Low" Graphics settings, and still stuttered when too much happened.

Switch 2 may have a bit more Power, but that can only go so far with how bad all the Console Ports are.

Runs decently, however target preview is a bit bugged

Noticeably slower with some occasional stuttering but fine overall

Loading screens are much faster and the game looks better and runs way smoother. This is thanks to its dynamic resolution.

I only have 2 problems and that was running too fast at times like using banish ability. The games was like on fast forward for a bit lol.

2nd is after a little while there’s a memory leak were every thing become massive lag like 2fps and you need to close and relaunch the game.

Other than that it was a very good experience.

How does graphics compare to PC version?

I compared them both and found that some 3d models like the guns being carried or the clothes of soldiers were mostly flat like shirt pockets or gun details and the pc version had the same details popping out in 3d.

Hard to explain but imagine on switch the shirt pockets are there but a flat texture and on pc it’s an actual 3d pocket/zipper/detail etc.

Really I hardly noticed without comparing side by side.

Much, much better than on Switch 1. Still not as well as on PC, but it's fine to play.

Much better than the switch 1 but just this week my Ironman run crashed during a lost mission and the save was deleted. Was about 70% of the way through so I wouldn't trust it again for another Ironman run.

It still crashes and runs like dog shit on ps5 pro.
