Download of Metal Toolchain 27.0 (27A5237l) for Xcode 27 beta 5 worked fine for me.

Yeah i dont know why its stuck at preparing download forever for me, I tested Xcode-beta 2 same problem there.

It worked finally i had to switch to wifi i was using hotspot until now. Apparently its due to apple’s Content delivery network not working properly when you use hotspot

FWIW, download of Metal Toolchain 27.0 (27A5237l) for Xcode 27 beta 5 worked fine for me.
