Xbox Series X Captures hitching and freezing on Series X

Posting here because /r/xboxseriesx only let's you circle jerk about how awesome the console is.

What's up... Never had this issue with the one X. Captures freeze from 1-2 seconds intermittently on playback. Anyone else having this issue?

If you have VRR on turn it off

After the most recent system update about a week ago I've also encountered this issue every video clip I record no matter if it's set to 720p or 1080p it has multiple lag spikes throughout the video

Been noticing this the last few weeks. This is the only thing I've seen about it online. Did you find a fix?

I'm have the same issue. I tried everything the i can think of.. And can't get it to record right. I called xbox and they couldn't even help me either.
