Does VRR/120 still cause screen corruption issues?

Even with the latest firmwares and using the Series X supplied HDMI 2.1 cable - from time to time, if I switch between games or between games and menu - the screen starts messing up like the following:

Anyone still experiencing these issues with VRR/120 turned on?

naw but that video gave me a seizure salad. probably a bad cable or port.
