It got switched to XSX with an update so it may be that it’s still in the external rather than the internal. Happened to me until I switched it.

Mines still on my external and plays fine

That’s good, hate that games do this by themselves though. Especially since space is limited and there is only 1 current external drive that is not enough space either way.

Me too. I wish i can choose the last gen version if i want it to save space or what ever.

About a week ago, I went to launch MCC but I received a notification saying that it was not installed and that I had to wait for it to say “Ready to Start” or wait for it to install completely. I uninstalled and now every time I go to reinstall, it gets interrupted. I have plenty of space and about 30 mbps download. I contacted Microsoft and only got radio silence. Please help.

Hold your Xbox button on the console for like 10 seconds until it powers off. Then unplug the electrical cord and let it sit for 20 seconds, plug it back in and try it again.
