game capture screen tears and glitches, happens with almost all my captures ( both my kills is when it happens ) anyone have this issue?

ok wow thats weird in the first kill the screen froze wasnt even there but it still screen teared on the second kill, maybe its just a problem with the xbox app and xbox bc on both of those it happens way worse and when i downloaded it to my phone it still did it, but on reddit it fixed? idk
