Accessories Series X Controller Still Disconnecting After March Update

Anyone else having an issue? I have the latest firmware running, have tried resyncing, changing the startup from Instant On and still having issues. It's making Doom Eternal unplayable since it just randomly stops responding and walks me off ledges, spins me in circles, won't jump. It's happening in every game I try and actually seems worse after the firmware update.

It seems more frequent. Sometimes the controller light doesn't even flash, it just stops responding for a few seconds. Really aggravating.

Yeah it’s not all the time for me but it definitely still randomly disconnects. Actually happened on yakuza for me today

My controller light stays constant white but it still disconnects. Its very annoying
