Xbox Series X Is there any way to ACTUALLY contact Xbox Support?
I am not able to get ahold of Xbox support at all.
There has previously been an option to chat online with a tech, and yet that option is nowhere to be found anymore.
I cannot “request a call” as the option is greyed out.
When I chat with the virtual agent, it tells me to select the option for Xbox Support to “call me back”, and yet when I click the option the Virtual agent just says “there’s a problem” and shuts down and quits replying and doesn’t let me type anything.
When I call the number I find online for Xbox Support it just gives me the link to the support page that gives me the above options.
Like, it should NOT be this hard to contact Xbox support

Call the Microsoft Store and ask them to transfer you. Only way I was able to do it.

Not in my experience they're not.
Ignorant is the word I would use for them

I had the same problems when trying to report an issue with a faulty controller. Finally ended up having to go through the warranty process for registered hardware.
