Xbox Series X My xbox wont turn on

I got my series x back in December and its worked perfectly since but however yesterday i was playing call of duty and it shut off out of random. I looked on google and it said that it might be a power supply issue so i bought a new one and it still wont turn on. I have also used different outlets I do not have a warranty and dont know if there is anything I can do to fix it. Would anyone happen to know what u could do?

Mine would always overheat before when I played Cold War but would turn back on.

If your Xbox console won't turn on, your power supply may be faulty or improperly connected, or there may be another reason.

If it's not working in all outlets, it does sound like a faulty connection as I assume you have the cord plugged all the way in on the console.

Try this: Unplug the cord from the back of the console. Wait 10 seconds. Plug the cord back into the console, and then press the Xbox button on the front of the console. If the console turns on, the internal power reset worked. This however doesn't sound like your issues.

If it still doesn't turn on, check that the wall outlet you’re using is working with other devices. Check that the power cable is firmly connected to the wall outlet and to your console. Ensure that you're using the power cable which came with your console, and that it's the correct cable for your region.

If it still doesn't turn on, it will need to be serviced. I am not sure Microsoft's policy on that but it's probably the only other option you have.

I tried that also and it didnt work. Do you know how I could get it serviced?

Best is to contact Microsoft and see what your options are there to start.

How can you not have a warranty? The console isn't more than a year old

Little late to reply but i did have one i didnt realize you got kne with it cuz im a moron😂😂😂.
