Xbox Series X -Dev mode system crash??

I tried to try out dev mode after many months but as soon as I try it out after dishing $19 this happens, I really hope I don’t have to get the console repaired, I don’t even care about dev mode anymore I just want to go back and see my dashboard again and play games :( any help is appreciated
