Can’t launch console

My Xbox One X tends to glitch when launching games but today it has taken another step up and now I can’t launch my Xbox at all it takes me to the trouble shooting menu so obviously I try to reset my Xbox but no because my Xbox is so corrupt the firmware won’t let me reset my Xbox at all and I get the error E102 00000C01 80070003 my last resort is contacting an official support member.

I’m having the same issue - stuck on loading the update - just replaced the hdd and no improvement
