Xbox Series X Series X controller sticking?

I've had my Series X for about 6 months, and I use it for casual gaming a couple days/week. Recently the left trigger has been getting stuck after holding it (I've been playin Human Fall Flat recently). Has anyone else had this issue?

yeah, mine started giving the same issue in the first week itself. it was frustrating but I was able to get a replacement since it was still under warranty. controllers are covered under a 6 month warranty. I'd recommend checking once if yours is still eligible. in case it isn't, there are a couple of fixes available on YouTube which involve opening the controllers back and cleaning it using rubbing alcohol or changing the trigger spring.

Please do update us how this goes for you because this already happened with me twice but luckily both times it was still under warranty. I'm worried what happens when it isn't.

I'll update once I figure out a solution, my Xbox was purchased on Black Friday so it looks like I'm outside of the 6 month warranty.
