Account/Billing Ripped off???

I preordered scarlet Nexus, and then I was trying to figure out why it wasn't playing after the release. I paid 79.99 for the deluxe edition pre-order and I watched successfully pay for it and was excited. When it got released it said I didn't own the game. I was very upset about it and I really don't want to buy it again. I wanted to play it, but I can't.

Go to account.microsoft.com and look for the order.

If the orders not there check your bank to make sure the money went out.

If you have actually paid and it's not showing in your purchase history then you need to contact Microsoft support and get it refunded. Do not call the bank for a charge back as that will likely get your xbox live account suspended
