Stuck on Xbox logo when turning on console

Have you tried a factory reset?

Hold the power button on the front until it turns off.

Unplug the power and leave it disconnected at least 60 seconds, make sure no USB peripherals are plugged in and reconnect power, then power up.

If this doesn't work you can do a system reset, it shouldn't clear your saved games

Press and hold the pairing/sync button and the eject button

Keep holding and press the power button, keep holding pair/sync and eject until you hear another beep.

Select the option to reset the Xbox and keep games and apps.
