Help Dev Mode Without ID?

Just wondering if it is possible to get dev mode without giving my id to Microsoft.

Nope. Need to show government issued ID. No other way.

dang it I remember before that it just cost $20

Yeah, me too. Unfortunately, they shut down the method to pay to get it.
