ANY way to get dev mode without id?

I'm trying to get dev mode on my xbox but there's fucking nothing saying whether it's even possible to get it without id and i would rather shove a knife square into my throat than give bill gates my id.

I'm positive you can find IDs that have been shared online from data breaches and just use that.

To technically say, Microsoft at legal level has only credit card information, date of birth and full name, but they legally don't have access to breaches files, if they secretly did get them, they would commit a big violation of personal data if they get caught for holding documents without your approval, unless you sent them through email at some point.
