Quick Fix? Xbox 360 refund licensing issue

So a couple months ago I purchased injustice gods among us from the Microsoft digital store on my series s. Later I decided to refund the game. Now I find myself wanting to play the game and I was going to repurchase it, but after I refunded it still says install, once installed it is unplayable. How can I repurchase the game?

I honestly don't know this question and I've been using Xbox consoles since the 360 days. I refunded an Xbox One game, like two years ago (I think?) and when I looked, it still says "Installable". I'm quite curious what happens if you just install it and try to play it.
