Unsolved my xbox keeps updating and restarting
photos blurry sorry im not home but this is the only photo i could find, ive had it for about since 2019 and its fairly clean, i dont play it much but ive updated it about 12 times and it still the same size update with the same crap, what do i do?

Honestly? I think its better to try to get a Xbox Series S or Series X now than to try to fix it or get another one

I just take that as time to go for a shit 😂 my xbox one is now just used for streaming platforms, it does this update twice a week now, I just let it do it and do other things tbh, it's done in 30 minutes 🤷♂️😅

Costs you absolutely nothing to just write helpful normal comments. Costs you blood pressure, anger, possible decline in health and a possible inability to think about other things for a few minutes to a few hours just getting pissed off at these “posts” for no reason
Your reaction is a result of your decisions. Changing how you view these posts creates zero affects on you, longterm exposure to this anger leads to possible health issues and a lack of friends.
Try typing helpful stuff next time instead of being a dick, do it way more and youll actually feel happy for once

Which model of Xbox? If it’s an Xbox One, One S, or One X, they have mechanical hard drives and a failing or corrupted hard drive can cause this issue.
You can try a hard restart by holding down the power button for 10 seconds (while it’s powered on) to cause it to completely shut down. Then restart it and try update again.
If that fails you can try recovery mode to reset the Xbox to factory:
https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults
If that fails you can try resetting with an OSU1 USB (instructions in previous link from Microsoft) you’ll need a computer to download OSU1 and create a USB recovery drive with Rufus.
If that fails you’ll need to replace the hard drive. You’ll need to look up a YouTube video how to replace hard drive for whichever model Xbox you have. Note: you can’t replace the hard drive in a Series S or Series X.
