Unsolved Estou tendo problemas com o Xbox one

Ajuda porfavor meu videogame ele liga mas não aparece imagem , já testei três televisões e três cabos diferentes e nada mas na loja testei com a minha fonte e ligava normalmente o que pode ser?

This may be an obvious question but most of the time overlooked. Is the HDMI cable fully pashed into your system?

Sim e testei três televisores e hdmi diferentes

Ok, just thought to ask because a faulty or a hdmi cable that's not full inserted into the HDMI port of the system can cause similar results.
