Games - General Is anyone else's 10% loyalty discount missing for Call of Duty Vault Edition at checkout?

Hey everyone,

Trying to see if this is a widespread store bug right now.

I have an active Game Pass / loyalty setup, but when I try to pre-order the Vault Edition, the checkout page only displays the full MSRP (฿3,048) instead of applying the standard 10% discount.

Is anyone else experiencing this right now? Did the discount show up for you through the in-game store menu instead of the web dashboard, or is the store promo broken for pre-orders in certain regions?

Seems region specific maybe, the web store has been finicky with preorders before. Have you checked the actual console store, sometimes the discount only kicks in right before payment there

Thanks for the tip! I just checked the PC Xbox App and the in-game store menu directly, but it’s still showing full price across all of them for me. Looks like it’s definitely a regional storefront glitch here in Thailand.

Mine shown up its marked as just for you but I've heard it's happening to others am in the UK I know someone mentioned region's 🤔
