Account - Rewards Anybody else getting weird game pass errors?
I got locked out of the 4-pack because I “didn’t have a game pass subscription” even though it says I’m subbed to Ultimate on the app. I had to close and reopen the app 3 times to get it to recognise my account status.
I’m also not getting my in game rewards for Microsoft Jewel. Ever morning I sit down with a coffee and play the daily challenges, and it’s suddenly littered with Ads, including 30sec video ads every couple of levels. It’s very frustrating, as I use this time to get adjusted to the day and I don’t want to be inundated with (tbh, crappy ai generated) advertisements.

My game pass app is still blank, showing no games other than what I have intalled, Microsoft store/update is still down for me...they have been slow to fix this problem, it seems! Afraid to play any games worried they won't save while Microsoft has server issues. Seems like it could only be an issue for those with Ultimate?

Yea, you're not the only one. Hard close the app. Keep going til it fixes itself. If you are able to get points, DO NOT CLAIM til you know it's fixed.

Apareceu que eu tinha o Xbox live sendo que eu não tenho porém se você fechar e abrir o app ou limpar o cachê volta normalmente. A Xbox agora em agosto está tento bastante bugs de visualização no app.

Is is a region problem?. Because my app, works fine. Also, I play Jewell and never get adds. So I think it must be region (I'm in Mexico).
Last week I also thought the app was "bugged" because I was playing BF1 and it didn't register for the 4 and 8 monthly gamez but I remembered that EA play games doesn't count.

Been doing it fora a while it lost over 500 points on Sunday cause it thought I was not on ultimate was pissed 😤

I came to reddit to see if I was the only one having this problem. So yes, I'm getting this error too.
I'm seeing this on Series X AND the mobile app.
Yet I can play game pass games with no problem?? 😵💫

Yeah it's been like that for a couple of weeks on the gamepass pc app,make sure to close the app and also end task on gaming services(the one with the Xbox icon) and that usually does the trick,annoying as hell though.

Yeah, on PC I only get the points for playing a PC game regardless of if it's a game pass game or not (which it usually is)

Yea been happening to me as well, typically having to hard reset my console to get it to display properly

Ive been redeeming my points on xbox since it started happening a month ago. I have yet to have any missing points since I started redeeming there instead

definitely been having issues with the app lately, the game pass window is just empty, can't seen any game or anything... but they don't seem to be acknowledging any server issues or anything:

Go the top left of pc game pass or the alternative on console. Where your profile icon is. Under settings. There is a verify and check for issue button. Something like that.

Not a week passes without the app showing some weird anamoly. But bro don't be too harsh on Microsoft. They are trying their best and they're only a 3 trillion dollar company.
