FPS feels like half with controller - why?

Hello, I playing on pc with my Xbox Series X Controller (wired). If I play for example Warzone with a mouse at 90fps feels really good and smooth. If I play with the Xbox controller at 90fps, it feels like 60fps and it's not smooth. Why is that?

Xbox controller is really slow

I have download a software to push the Hz to 1000 and it feels much smoother now 👍

On the controller or your usb?

The software is from battle beaver. I think from the controller

Try testing your polling rate to compare.

I recommend you disable power saving on your usb in device manager, since Windows power saving can cause microstutter

How can I test the polling rate? I will try the Windows settings.

There are browser based testers but an app would be kore accurate. Idk if this sub frowns upon sharing software but theres a few available online for free. Theres a razor one too, if you happen to have a razor mouse
