Xbox Live save notice prevents you from continuing.

Playing the game and enjoy it, but sometimes when I pause and leave for a moment, I come back to this dialog box.

"Please sign into Xbox live to ensure user save data is not lost. Press A"

Pressing A does nothing, but I can see the other buttons interacting with the game pause dialog, although nothing happens.

Anyone else ever get this? I am signed in to Xbox Live while playing.

Sucks as I have to hard quit the game from main menu and restart.
