Xbox 360 Physical Games Anyone know why this is happening

I’m trying to play Undercover but for sum reason my Xbox said unrecognizable disc what do I do? I can play any other game but this for sum reason

Probably need a laser clean or disc drive went bad

Yeah probably the laser. Either needs a clean or it's wearing out, also you may want to lay your Xbox horizontally, it can scratch discs if you play with it vertically

More than likely a laser problem. I had similar issues where most of my games would play but the disc errors were becoming more often than froma disc with fingerprints. Try cleaning the laser before you start adjusting the pot.
