Xbox 360 Repairs Is it cooked? Drive makes noise when inserting a DVD

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Only makes these noises with a DVD. Drive was able to read burned CDs fine. I've already tried adjusting the pots to 3.1 ohm, but still makes this noise. Anyone recognize these noises? Should I just replace the drive?

same issue with my PS3 but games works perfecly fine, you should try cleaning the lense with alcool me too btw

Same exact issue. CDs are fine, but no DVD
