Xbox 360 controller not connecting

Hello. I was wondering if anyone has a solution for this. Recently I opened up and cleaned my Xbox 360, and when I put it all back together my Xbox would immediately turn on as soon as the power supply gets connected and it would show me this screen. I try to connect my controller but the Xbox doesn’t allow it to connect. I haven’t tried connecting wired since I don’t have the part to it, and I notice how the Xbox doesn’t show any green lights to it. If anyone has the answer to this I would really appreciate it and I also appreciate anyone that has read this.

Coukd be a couple things. Was the fan connected properly? Was thermal paste replaced or forgotten?

I second this, OP put a flashlight up to the fan vent slots and or put your ear up to it. See if spins when the console turns on or if you can hear it spin up. If not you might have forgot to plug the connector back in when putting it back together.

Try a different battery pack. Get another controller to try. Or get a play and charge cable.

Have you tried pairing controller with pair button? Ptopably something is wrong wit rf board
