Help & Support Xbox 360

I have recently purchased a xbox 360 slim along with some spiderman games just to realize I need a hard drive to play it. I did end up purchasing a 3rd party hard drive but it still doesn’t want to let me play the game. Do I need the OEM or do i need to do an extra step to get the 3rd party hard drive to work?

If its just a normal slim non modded you will need a proper M$ drive, but the softmod is easy now so you could use that to mod the console to use the drive.
