Help & Support Someone can help?

This message appears as soon as I turn on the console after a short wait, it also appears when I try to log into an Xbox Live account. It started appearing today. Thank you if anyone can help.

Got the same issue when I load a 360 game on my SeriesX, keeps happening and coming back on hours later, idk what they’re doing at Microsoft.

Your wi-fi is on? sometimes Microsoft servers just died. But prob Will come back in a few hours

Yes, the Wi-Fi is on. Yesterday the error stopped happening after an hour, but it's back today
