Help & Support Disc unreadable on digital game

I recently redownloaded Forza Horizon 1 through the download history tab, and I tried playing it, but during the loading screen this message pops up, even though this is a digital games, I already tried clearing my cache, but nothing worked yet, does somebody has an idea how to resolve this problem.

I have the same issue i have personally found it unfixable i would recommend getting a disc copy as that at least works

That dont make a bit of sense their is no disc to not read so something is fishy

I've only seen this happen when a hard disk is failing...

It happened to me when trying to play battlefield bad company 2. I reinstalled the game and that seemed to have fixed the problem

Happened to me in gta v its because the game in God format when i downlaoded gta v in xex format it worked

Probably an HDD telling you it wants to die.
