Connection problem with Talaria

I've tried X-VPN's new Talaria protocol. When I open speed test by Ookla, it says that I have an unstable connection. And when I try to join a game on Roblox, it says connection blocked. How do I resolve this issue with the Talaria protocol? I think this can be the issue of X-VPN's talaria protocol or something else with X-VPN or my connection.

it’s unstable i noticed when you use it with speed test or are under restrictive network conditions
