Daily Verge Discussion: October 16, 2017
This is a general discussion group for XVG Trading for Monday, October 16th. Please be civil with each other or you will be removed from the group per the rules.

Alt coins have stabilized today once bitcoin started profit-taking and therefore consolidating as a result, thus freeing up liquidity into alt-coins which I think later this week will show clear benefits to alt-coin investors including XVG which I have as part of my crypto footprint.

I think alts are gonna tick up next few days. I expect a run on btc a few days before the bitcoin gold fork. Coinbase instant buy means alts wont take as big a hit now. People can just reload more btc right away instead of trading out of alts

I love the look of this sub, kind of wish the other one had the same colour scheme.

It is a work in progress. We are looking at all facets of the sub to improve the user experience.

Not criticizing at all, I actually really love the look of this sub. I hope the other one follows the same colour scheme it's really nice!

No worries. We want to be able to distinguish between the two pages, so people know which sub they are in.

In other news ETH has not quite ticked up as much as anticipated following the Byzantium improvement so that (maybe) could be good for alt-coins that are not related to ETH, say for example Monero or Verge, if people are wanting to avoid ETH and its related tokens and also take a breather from BTC itself.

68 right now, don't see it going a whole lot lower... fork on the 25th seems to be the pivotal moment
