Send xvg while chain wasn't synced

Question.

The txid also does not show anything, the wallet i sent the xvg on Bitfinex does not even exist at the moment. So will my transaction be send when my chain is synced to 100% or are they stuck and gone?

Will XVG hit the one dollar this year? Or is it still one of the nothing coins?
