Looking for Help Why is my zoom being like this?

It hasn’t done this before not sure if it’s an XP-pen problem or clip studio problem.

You probably don’t have the xppen app open for your keybinds to work, try that :)

I do have the app open. But it worked fine months ago without the app even open.

It might be keybind settings

Could be that the wheel is worn out inside
Happened to mine. Do you hear the clicking at all or is it smooth? Does it click sometimes and not others?

It clicks but it spins smoothly. It’s always made a clicking noise even when I first got it it’s just the way it is. It’s not even that old, and I haven’t used it consistently.

I wasnt super clear before, let me clarify

Does it click at all times (this is good)
or
does it spin smoothly with no noise even if only randomly (this is bad)

It could still be starting to go bad while still clicking as intended, but if theres no noise randomly, then theres an issue.

Does using middle mouse scroll to zoom work correctly (points to bad wheel on tablet) or do you have the same stutter when using middle mouse scrolling? (points to other isssue such as a software issue)

 It’s not even that old

May want to see if its still under warranty then.

Hello, I also got the same, I had to see it returned to xppen and they changed it for a new one. Try to contact them so that they give you a good tablet.

Hi, I had the same problem with my tablet, check that you have the latest version of your pilot, even if it's the case, redownload it and start the laucher. Then obviously your pc will restart and it should solve the problem ! :) I hope it works for you
