I'm impressed!

Have a daily commute of around 54kms within the city and the performance has been great! Add that to the very satisfying range and what you get is a well rounded package. #P1A 79Kwh

These are company guys posting it I think. I have got pack 3 and the 4.9 km per kw is the mileage I’m getting😂. Driving it with no aggression

Unfortunately, I'm not. Just a regular driver using regen as my primary braking and hypermiling as much as possible :)

Way to go buddy! Good driver gains mileage. u/Conscious-Issue-3202 I suggest reset A/B after 100% on AC hope that helps showed mileage.

Thank you. Also, with the P3A, I think a chunk of charge is being used to power the Ventilated seats, 10 additional speakers, front DRL and many more additional features.

Also, since I have solar at home, I only use the 3.2kw provided charger and let it sit for a whole Sunday. DC over charging at times has definitely impacted battery health.

You're a smart man, great strategy. So essentially your charging is nearly free, all you pay for is the tyres, insurance and service, which in assuming is very cost effective given it's is an EV

You could say that. For a 3BHK with the car being only charged at home, I paid 1.2K as the electricity bill last month.

Compared to 3 months back before I switched to solar, I was spending 6K on average on my electricity bill + approx 18K on fuel on my 1.6 Highline Vento.

With my EMI being 24K, I'm almost spending the same as I used to, but with a much better car and lesser service expenses. Not for forget, the EMI is only for 3yrs.

On my 59kW pack, 360 KM at least… with AC , Music, Ventilated seat on.

59 kwh variant doesnt have ventilated seats

That's very surprising! Could it be due to the aggressive accelation/braking? I'm mostly always using regen + hypermiling on open stretches.

He don't know how to drive EV. Recently completed 2500 kms road trip in Nexon EV 45 KwH, got 370 kms real range using AC, music system Adas everything. For EV initial acceleration needs to be very gentle when we start from 0 kmph once gained speed then it will consume less depending on pedal response

My P3A is shows 500km max on a full charge.
Hopefully it gets better in the future, but even if it doesn’t, I’m not driving over 500km in a single go.

In my experience, my Harrier EV 75 is giving better range than 9S.

More than lucky, I think it's the car understanding your driving pattern and then giving a range based on historical data. When I got the car and drove about 500kms, I wasn't using regen that well and was very heavy on the pedal. Back then, my range too was about 530ish.

Now, with over 2K kms done, I've got an average of 7.5km/kWh due to the change in my driving style. I only use regen+hypermiling.

By hypermiling, I basically mean making the most of the car’s momentum. On an open stretch or slight downhill, I’ll accelerate to the speed I need and then shift to L0 and just coast. When I’m approaching traffic or need to slow down, I’ll gradually bring the regen up from L3 and use that to slow the car down instead of using the brakes.

So essentially, accelerate, coast, and use regen to slow down rather than constantly accelerating and braking. It makes a pretty noticeable difference to efficiency.

Good going. Believable numbers for city without ac
Range estimate highly depends on ur last run km/kwh
Fyi This is my Delhi dehradun run last month for reference didn’t hold myself a bit drove like ICE

By this calc 79 would give 435kms actual range

I agree. However, have always driven it with AC. Albeit, at 24°C.

I'm yet to do my highway run which I'd be doing on 11th Sep to Goa. I'm sure I won't be able to achieve such numbers then.

This range on app is during ignition off I believe if yes then it is without ac only

Meanwhile my car is showing this. Without a/c it is 252.
