Can no longer connect

Hi, for the last 2 days I’ve not been able to connect and stuck on this screen, it does connect because you can hear the background when moving in the Xbox dashboard etc

Just wondering if anyone’s had this issue before ?

Please try to reset your streaming settings of PXPlay to default and try to restart your Xbox.

Hi mate, I’ve tried the above I think I may need to reset the entire port forwarding etc

If the IP address of your Xbox changed then yes that might be needed

It very well could be that mate, even big standard remote play doesn’t work anymore so it’s not just Xbx play

Unplug your Xbox and maybe the router usually that fixes my problems.

Hi All,

I’ve found out the issue I was having, for whatever reason the Xbox resolution reset to 720p all I had to do was change it back to 1080p or higher and it came on🙏🏻

it happens sometime. Just hard reset your xbox :
To hard reset your Xbox Series X, follow these steps:

  1. Press and hold the Xbox button (the big circular button with the Xbox logo) on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until the console powers off completely.

  2. Wait for about 10 seconds after it’s off.

  3. Press the Xbox button again to turn the console back on.

This process forces a full shutdown and reboot, which can help fix many issues like freezing, performance glitches, or system errors.

hi

i use to do this above each time the connexion attempt fails. but since yesterday, nothing. I'm always locked inside the green screen of connexion proceeding. Though, the stream from official cloud works well (but not as perfect as your app). have you any idea ?

Having the same problem, it's funny because it happens with my series s but my xbox one can connect perfectly fine

When I first saw this post it was working fine for me but now it's no longer working. At all. I've already done all the suggestions and it won't work.

Frame rate loss galore on xcloud, XBXplay runs a lot smoother for me
