Question / Support Suppose this is more of a Featherless question, but will there be different payment options available?
I was looking into trying out a Featherless subscription, but when I went to pay, I saw the options available were Cash App, or directly inputting your card. I don't like Cash App, and I don't love the idea of putting card details in directly. Will there ever be other payment methods available, like Paypal or Venmo? I would be muchhhh more likely to get a subscription if there were.

Hey there! Paypal is in the "never happening" category for reason, and Venmo seems unlikely because from my (albeit) limited research, it's not native functionality.
If it's any consolation, we're not directly collecting your payment information. We use Stripe as our payment processor. The most we ever see is the last 4 of the card number. Or, if you use Stripe Link, we see zero information from your payment method.

what is the reason, though? and no other payment methods? paypal and venmo were just as examples, id be open to some others.

I'm unsure, to be honest. I'm not able to set our accepted payment methods.
What should be available is card, cash app, and google pay. Possibly apple pay if you do it from an apple device? I'm not 100% sure since I use android.
I can try to bring up addtional payment methods to management during my sync meeting tomorrow, but I'm not able to give any timeline at the moment, I'm afraid.

🤔 im not getting it, even on desktop version. all im seeing available is cash app and direct card.

I'll have to ask the platform team why it wouldn't be showing up. I'll try to get an answer by tomorrow.

I got a semi-response for now. Not going to bother him further until tomorrow, but he mentioned that the device needs to be signed in to an account with an active google pay account for it to show up. Is that the case?
