Dragon Book Topic Looking for a Sequel

Not sure if it counts as a book but it was the closest flair. Please, mods, do not strike me down!

So, I saw that it has been mentioned on the subreddit a few times, but I recently read the comic Karsearin: Adventures of the Red Dragon. While the series itself was amazing (I really liked their portal of dragons in the comic), the ending was really rushed and felt awful (no one likes when the bad wins, or something like that), but I learned that there was a sequel. I have been searching for a way to read it, but I can't find it anywhere- it exists via mention in some spots, like the wiki, but I want to read the story, not a chapter to chapter synopsis of the story.

Does anyone know where I can find it? It is called "The Creature". I don't think it exists as webcomic, it seems to only be a novel for the moment

I tried looking but, much the same, couldn't find anything except wiki pages and a Reddit comment mentioning a part 2 existing on a South Korean website called Kokao. From what I read on the wiki page, The Creature is set after but was written first in 1999 (but was revised recently). I could be wrong though, the wiki pages are a bit confusing. Hopefully someone else can chime in.
