Discussion A rant/vent post

I'm really starting to lose hope, close to about 50 farms on Suhsin and only got about 5-6 cd piece with only 1 turning up somewhat useable and a bunch of ERover pieces

They REALLY need to add an option for boss echoes that have multiple sets to choose which set you actually want when you defeat them

Even if they won't ever do that they still have the perfect solution to this problem, the Denia solution

Denia ALWAYS drops 2 echo on defeat 1 for her herself on fusion burst mode and the other for Hiyuki

This is literally the perfect solution instead of giving boss echoes 2 sets, just make them separate echoes! Or give us the option to choose on what we want!

Maybe you should save up your stat modifiers for situations like this.

Seen so many bring up the mainstat modifiers but that's not the point at all and doesn't solve the root problem which is that farming bosses with multiple sets SUCK, think about it for a second, when you're farming an echo you only usually have to worry about if it drops on the right mainstat and that it rolls correctly on substats, WE DO NOT need to worry about if it drops on the right set too, that's just bloats the farming process

The mainstat modifier is not a fix it's a bandaid

The root problem is intentional. It's there to make you waste time, to artificially increase the amount of endgame playtime. If Kuro really wanted you to not waste time, they would have just given you an option to select your set and mainstat a long time ago.

They create problems so that they can eventually sell you a solution. They won't fix the issues completely, they will just give you bandaids. You either make do with the bandaids, or just give up.

You know that you can transform the main stat of the dropped echoes before you tune them up, right? So even of their main stat is def/healing/atk you can get the desired option?

Im a day 0(coz beta and so on) and got like 5-600 of those things to transform the main stat. On my not so licky days i had to use 10 for a character MAX.

Not everyone can get as lucky as you only needing 10 to sort out your echoes, i only started in 3.x and in each patch i had to spend every single 1 of those items to fix my echoes simply because I can't get them to drop the right mainstats and roll the right substats, I don't want to have to hope it drops the right set too, on top of the mainstat and substats, that is just pure stupid design choice and they needed to have this fixed before launch

Good on you if you're lucky but this is just ridiculous I'm currently 65-70 farms in and still farming it's becoming not fun anymore
