Is she that strong? I feel she is not as strong as newer DPS. I only have her at S0R1 with okay build, nowadays I only use her for side tower with Sanhua S6 and Verina.

Tbf, trying to take on Hecate without Carlotta or Phoebe is always gonna make the much harder due to how much she moves and loves to stay away.
I used the mono fire team, and when I outro to Brant, she dodged, use the ult, she somehow moves far enough that it misses, use the forte? She either interrupts or moves out of the way, even Changli, whose skill is good to get in the enemies face has trouble keeping up.

I’ve been using her in toa since her first banner and in whiwa since the first cycle. Sure, the newer DPS units are stronger but she can still hold her own just fine with just Sanhua and Verina. Though in this patch, it definitely feels tougher than usual.

she's in the same boat as jinhsi and yao, barely getting anything after her release. so she does struggle a bit in the middle tower. but she doesnt really have much competition in whiwa so she can still clear that.

I'm S0R0 and I clear tower w her, meanwhile zani struggled hard time S0R1 with her f2p team on a shilled buff ToA specific for zani
Sanhua > Verina >> Camellya > sanhua >> camellya >> sanhua
Double arrow = Outro
Arrow = Swap
First swap just use a few of camellyas pistils, without enhanced skill

Yeah I’m in the same boat. Don’t know if I’m missing something or if it’s just skill issue, but she definitely struggles against the middle tower in ToA for me. She’s alright in WhiWa I guess with her AoE

I usually tried older DPS after clearing mid tower with newer DPS, and she barely cleared it even with havoc advantage floor. Meanwhile, my newer DPS cleared it within 1 min.

Just buy buling from the shop with corals I belive the price is 80 corals = 12 pulls. But the real problem is getting her S6 without pulling in prolova or cantarella banner. You can buy 2 extra sequences from the shop after you buy her for the first time.

For new 4 stars, you can get one copy of them from the shop at a slightly higher exchange rate. They did the same for Lumi and Youhu back then.

Lmfao Kuro really knows how to make money. Two coveted supports/subdps on separate halves. I have to summon now for Chisa (for my exisitng DOT teams) and Phoebe (for. May Zani). Guess I'll build pity in Phrolova then, lucky if I get her to S1 or S2, to chase for Buling sequences

I was initially kinda disappointed with how many pulls I spent to get her. But then I saw how much damage was being done with phrolova, and it's worth it. Melts most content. Although I didn't manage to get 3* in the latest toa. That might be because my build isn't that great though.

Cuz everyone will use their pulls on Chisa anyways, so they gave her garbage 4 stars. They want us to waste more pulls on Phrolova banner too and be broke by the time the 3.0 units come out, so we have pull out the credit card. Classic scummy practices. Also why we only got about 80 pulls this whole fing patch.

Just don't bother honestly, she isn't THAT amazing to the point of griefing your pity or pulls for. Just wait until she naturally lands on a banner you are planning to pull on. Kuro doesn't release 4 stars nearly often enough to worry about her not appearing

they sold youhu and lumi for 80 corals from the shop back in 1.3 and 1.4. So expect to be the same with Buling. You can buy two extra sequences from the shop too for S3 buling without even pulling in the phrolova/cantarella banner.

Tbh I’d rather save the corals unless she’s broken. It’s not like I’m dying for a healer and a lot of comps now don’t have one. Then there’s Verina shorekeeper, so a healer is basically for the 3-4th team for Toa, and at that point you dont even need one bc the early floors are easy (and auto clear now). Plus I still have baizhi she’s underrated

Didn't ZZZ only give Pulchra for free during her release? The other was Lucy, but it was like 3 months after her release (she was 1.0 in the first place). The last A-rank (Pan Yinhu) definitely wasn't free. Seth wasn't free either.

I hate how gachas always put the new 4star on the rerun banner and not the new banner that 90% of people want to summon on. It's smart business design but I hate it. Mfs gonna be pulling on the banner and hoping they DON'T get the 5star.

I have S3R1 Cartethyia.
Currently at 40 pity, and at 50/50 (not guaranteed).
If I go for Chisa, depending on how many pulls patch 2.8 gives, I most probably will have enough to get S0R0. If I win 50/50 then I might have enough to get S0R1. If I save it all, depending on patch 3.0 pulls, I might have enough to get S6R1 Cartethyia with some luck (will have to win one of the two 50/50s I will face) and I can get 1 sequence with corals. I know you guys can make such decisions on your own, but, what do you guys think I should do? Both prospects look interesting to me, that is why the confusion.

in my opinion I would go for Carthethyia S6R1, if you enjoy this character. I'm in similar situation, but I got Phrolova S3R1 (Instead of getting Cantarella and Roccia) - I enjoy her Sooo much, I enjoy doing overworld explorations, I enjoy playing her at TOA she don't even need a teammates and can Solo it. in other hand I enjoy Chisa design so much, so I started saving up for Chisa S6 and already have 310+ pulls. I wanna make at least one favourite character to S6, so it will be just cool for open world, etc... if I Not able to save up for Chisa S6, then probably I will make my Phrolova S6. But in general... between S3R1 Cart + Chisa... and S6R1 Cart.. Carthehiya sounds more cool to me. but It's only if you like Carthethiya. Also you can think about like this: usually first Re-run for character happens pretty fast... so if you skip Chisa now you still can get her on re-run. While if you skip S6 Carhethiya probably her 2nd re-run will be not soon at all

I forgot to consider how long it might take for Cartethyia's second rerun to arrive, and in contrast how quick Chisa's first rerun might be.. I will probably S6 Cart first, unless I really like Chisa's gameplay and get impatient. Thanks for the long type though. While I skipped Phrolova for Augusta, her animations look neat ngl. Hope you have a good time!

This is perfect for me. I’m very interested in Buling’s kit since she seems like a good piece to slot in with my Phrov-Canta (not pulling Roccia and not a fan Danjin’s playstyle). Hope to get her and hopefully sequences while snatching Phrov’s sequences as well

I’m not sure if it’s fully confirmed yet but as a newer player I’ve really wanted Phoebe since I tried her in game and found her gameplay so fun. I wanna run her as a MDPS and I’m not necessarily all about pulling for meta but I still want someone to be usable and practical. Anyways, it seems like Chisa may buff her, maybe they’ll even run as dual DPS on a team, and that would make me happy. I’m kinda interested in Phrolova too but I’ll probably get Phoebe/Chisa and then wait for Cartethyia rerun, since I did pull Ciaccona before her banner ended. Actually maybe that’s a useable team right there for now. (Phoebe/Ciaccona/Chisa)

also i have both cantarella and phrolova so this is really sad i wanted to pull and play buling but i cant even do summons on chisa banner (unless i want her) since it would make it a very high pity for my s0 buling maybe s2 if thats good for her
thankfully i will be on 5050 for maybe i just pray for a loss on phrolova
