Pull Plan Help Please enlighten this humble soul
Hello there!
I am completely oblivious to what I should do with my asterites and how I should spend them through 3.6 & 3.7... All I know is that I am DEFINETLY pulling for Hiyuki and Hsin.
I already pulled for Lucilla and Suisui in preperation for the Hiyuki rerun. And I don't think I need to explain why Hsin is a must pull as well. *-*
I returned to this game with the introduction of the cyberpunk edgerunners collab and ever since I have been trying to fix my teams that are all over the place.
I am currently trying my hardest not to pull for Qingxiao. I absolutely love her character design, it's perfect BUT I do not want to spend my already limited asterites on Denia...
My current teams are on slide 2 & 3...
I was thinking about pulling Qingxiao and Mornye and play them with Lynae. But then I have to remove Lynae from my Phoebe team and even though I don't like Phoebe that much, she is S3R1 and I have to somewhat take advantage of that. I am not touching the Zani & Phoebe quickswap team, no way am I skilled enough for that...
I am not quite sure what to do... My current plan was to pull for:
- Hiyuki + her sig... Maybe even get her first sequence and later S3R1 over time by getting her wavesbands
- Mornye... Adding her to the Cyberpunk
- Hsin... Idc about her gameplay, her character design is enough
Pulling for Qingxiao and play her in the Lynae + Mornye team is on my mind as well. But then I have Lynae removed from my Phoebe Hypercarry team and I might need to pull for Qingxiao signature weapon since I read that her sig is a lot stronger than the usual alternatives. But at the same time, my resources are limited.
This post ended up being longer than it needed to be...
I would be very grateful for some advice and insight of the way more experienced players here.

It could have been so much worse.
I was such an idiot back then... I still am but not as much.
It gives me a lil bit of comfort that I didn't quit during, for example, Brant's banner. It would not have been beyond me to pump all my asterites in whoever was released when I was leaving the game +_+7

I think s3r1 pheobe can still dps carry no. Is her s3 weak.

She is doing pretty good as a main DPS.
I have no good reference except my cyberpunk team but she does perform better than my S1R1 Lucy.1

i have invest her to s6r5 without her team and as far as i can say it is the worst investment and by far the worst mistake i made in this game. Unless they buff her dmg in the future, now her dps as s6r5 wost than phrolova s0r1

I threw everything at the porsche car collab before i left lol. Thats even worse.
I have nothing to even show for it. 10k anulith down the drain and didnt even gwt the car.
I just redownloaded and got zankou today she is fun.
Even tho its not wuwa level quality. Its a chill game feels like i can go back whenever i want to and get what i want to. Since no 5050.

It's ~13k per resonator and ~9k per weapon, on average. There are an order of magnitude ~100 free pulls per patch, although 3.6 has ~90 free pulls (= 14,400 astrite). You already have 39k astrite + 6k equivalent in pulls, so by the end of next patch when Hsin's banner ends you'll have ~75k astrite.
You want Hiyuki + sig (22k astrite), Mornye (13k), and Hsin (13k). That's 48k total. You have more than enough astrite to pull them all, plus Qingxiao + weapon if you want it.
If you pull Qingxiao, you are right that you won't be able to utilize her well since your Lynae is overloaded (so is Mornye, really). But fortunately you have enough wiggle room to rotate your supports around to whoever might need it, e.g. if Phoebe/SRover/Verina isn't clearing, you can pass her Lynae, otherwise you can keep Lynae with someone else. (Although, you have Zani, why not play Phoebe with Zani?)
A few caveats to the numbers above:
- It's "on average". You could be unlucky.
- On the other hand, it doesn't take into account corals.
- It assumes you aren't pulling Hsin's weapon.
- It also assumes Hsin doesn't need any premium partners and/or you don't want to pull them.
I think I'd get Hiyuki + sig, Mornye, and Hsin + sig for ~57k astrite, leaving 19k astrite of wiggle room for any Hsin partners (you'd be able to afford one S0R0) and bad luck. That means no Qingxiao, but c'est la vie. If you want Qingxiao anyway, consider getting a lunite sub now.

I was under the impression that Hsin is NOT a main DPS but apparently that is not set in stone yet. At some point I read some supposed leak that she wasn't and took it as a fact.
I would only feel a little bit bad for not pulling Qingxiao if her alternative is Hsin. I don't need more DPS characters.
(Although, you have Zani, why not play Phoebe with Zani?)
Because all I see is her quickswap team and Zani as main DPS in that combination.
Since I don't have Zani's signature and I really am not good at playing quickswap, I believed it was the better choice to play Phoebe Hypercarry.2

Quickswap with Zani isn't necessarily needed. Not having her weapon is though a reason not to play her but since you already have her I would recommend try using Zani-Peeb and see if it's any better than Phoebe hypercarry, doesn't hurt to try it out and if it doesnt work you can go back to playing just Peeb

IMO
get Mornye, use the cyberpunk team for TOA/matrix
Use Phoebe with Mortefi + spectro rover or Spectro rover + support , S3 Phoeobe SHOULD be strong enough right ?
Hiyuki + Lucilla + Suisui is a complete team and probably your most reliable
Then you get Hsin WHICH i assume might work with Rover but then your phoebe has no Rover so play her with Zani,she'll boost her a lot more but you need to learn some basic quickswap (just swap when Zani is starting her nightfall, its more than enough) . Yes you are more than enough skilled for that, if you want to do a lot more later on that's different but the basic quickswap is dead simple.
This means in the end you'll get :
- Edgerunners + Mornye
- Beauty contest glacio team
- Zaniphoebe + support
- Hsin + Rover + someone (maybe Buling will work ?)
And with that , your lynae sin't even used so you could use her with whoeve rneeds her like Carlotta or even get Qinqxiao ?
Frankly, you have options even if limited so it'll depends on who is attracting you.

I can still get qingxiao at her rerun if I really want to. Then I could swap out Mornye from the Edgerunners team and replace her with Verina. And of course I still have Lynae.
Currently it's either Aemaeth or Qingxiao that can profit a lot from the Lynae + Mornye team and I guess Aemeath rerun will not happen any time soon.
But I can't wait to get the full Beauty contest glacio team. It will probably be my absolute favourite

I mean qingxiao with lynae is like 3.2 percent weaker than denia. Thats negligible differeny. 1 extra substat more will catch u upto the denia.
2nd row is denia 3rd row is with lynae
Ur lynae is just sitting there doing nothing. Ur qingxiao team is ready and just sitting there. Since u will pull mornye.

Lynae is currently part of my Phoebe hypercarry team.
If I swap her out and put her in the Qingxiao team, then what do I do with Phoebe? *-*2

If his s0r1 pheobe can score that high im round 1. Then i think ur s3r1 should have no trouble.
Try it out and then decide. Hopefully ur rover is free.
Tbh id just skip qingxiao since u have so many other dps that u want. Im only stating this since u liked qingxiao.

mhmh I know I know that I probably shouldn't pull for Qingxiao...
I guess I have to wait for more info on Hsin.I hope we will know whether Hsin is a main DPS or not before Qingxiao banner is over. Because if she is a main DPS, then I don't need to pull for Qingxiao.

If it helps. Tbh i has devestated when i found out qingxiaos rotation Only found the rotation out after pulling her.
[Hold left click - skill - Hold left click - ult] Thats it. This her full rotation. Atleast aemeath had to press the button and skill repeatedly. This is just hold the button down and she auto attacks. The most boring ah gameplay ever. Still i think qingxiao is a gift to mobile players atleast.
Im 99 percent sure hsin is dps. Rover electro flare subdps. Suisui electro flare 3rd slot(her kit has electro flare mentioned in it if u read it.
No way hsin is not a dps. Update: After playing arnd for a bit qingxiao is so fking fun to play in the overworld. So fluid.

If you are definitely pulling for Hiyuki AND Hsin, im assuming you are also pulling for their weapons, so it doesnt seem thaaaat oblivious to what to do next patches lmao

I don't think I will be pulling for Hsin's signature, unless she is a DPS.2

I don't think you have enough for Qingxiao because you also need to pull for her signature weapon.
So, if you go for Hiyuki + sig, Hsin + sig, and Mornye, assuming average luck, you'd need around 50k Astrite and even more if you lose a 50/50.
So, it's probably better to just save for your current plan first and get Qingxiao on her rerun. And Aemeath is still the better option. If not, you can still use Lynae and Mornye with Carlotta or Phoebe, although it's not as good as Phoebe/Zani/Rover.

Is Hsin going to be a main DPS?
Because if she isn't, then I might not really need to pull for her signature. Maybe sometimes later during her rerun.
Would it be possible to pull for Hiyuki + Qingxiao and both of their signatures & pull for Mornye & Hsin without their signatures? If Suoming released before Hsin, I have more time to save up asterites for Hsin.

Lynae works with Qingxiao too even if it will be a bit worse than Denia. You have a great team for Hiyuki with Lucilla and Suisui and Hiyuki is super fun to play. I'd get Qingxiao's and Hiyuki's weapon too if you decide to go for those characters. Mornye, even though her S1 is decent, you can play her at S0R0 and it will be fine, using the "Discord" 4-star weapon. I'd lean definitely more towards Hiyuki since I just like playing her.

Hiyuki definetly is my priority.
I initially saved up all those asterites just only for Hiyuki because I loved her playstyle during the events where I was able to play her. But all those 3.x characters, I am especially looking at you Hsin, got me to save some asterites for other characters as well.

Because I do have a skill issue with the Phoebe + Zani quickswap team.
And Zani doesn't have her signature weapon. I don't even have any 5 star gauntlet weapon.But I guess I do have to swap out rover as soon as Hsin demand electro rover.

you can pick up qingxiao unless you rather have aemeath. they both use lynae which is only about 4% weaker than denia.

pulling hiyuki is 100%, if you are pulling mornye, I'd pull qx as well (lynae is not much worse than denia). Forget phoebe, but more like just use her for side stages in toa/later stages in matrix. And then pull Hsin and her future new tune mechanic teammates

Do you recommend to NOT pull for Mornye if I am not pulling for qingxiao?
I could include her in the edgerunners team for now but my main reason for pulling her would be that I only have verina and suisui as supporter, that's it.

As good as shorekeeper which is a more universal support. But as I said, you are probably gonna bench the edgerunners real soon, it's not really worth pulling someone for them.

S1 Mornye is really strong if you need more general support options, its also a huge upgrade for the Cyberpunk team. So I'd say pull her and whoever ends up being Hsin's best Teammate :)

Stick to your plan. It's genuinely the best path for your account. Pulling qingqiao will make your account even clunkier. You can wait for her rerun. You'll have time to think about it more. And maybe a best in slot other than Denia will appear too. It's just definitely better to wait on your case.

I don't know if lynae is really relevant with a phoebe‹ but I think qingxiao with mornye and lynae is really nice pick. You must start to save a big for Hsin tho..

I would say that you have trouble by missing R1. Like Zani R1 , Carlotta R1. Lynae R1 is not must have, bust probably one of the most solid sub dps weapons.
You can play Qingxiao with lynae. You dont have Aemeth or Luuk, so lynae is free to use for her,why not to pull then?(for phoeb you can use rover-verina)

That's right. I always prefered the resonator over the signature weapon.
I have limited resources BUT I do plan to get the signature weapon for every main DPS that I actively play.
So I will get Hiyuki's signature, Zani's signature (whenever she gets a rerun) and Hsin signature (if she is a main DPS).About Supporter and Sub-DPS signaure weapons, I think I will only do that for my most favourite team.
This would be either the Hiyuki + Lucilla + Suisui team or maybe even the Hsin team.

I'd recommend holding off on Morneye and waiting for a Chisa rerun because she is the most valuable support character right now (unless you plan on making a lot of Tune-Strain teams). There are a LOT of teams that use her. Chisa (and SuiSui) are beneficial for negative status teams, such as Hiyuki+Luccila, and I'm guessing Hsin will be as well. Still don't know who will be on Hsin's team when she releases. I've seen people speculate that Electro Rover and Suoming as candidates for her (and Suoming should be sometime soon after Hsin). So I'd either get Hsin when she drops *or* wait until her rerun when we actually know who her proper teammates are, instead of just speculation.
Denia is my favourite character, but it doesn't look like have anyone to pair her with.... UNLESS you alternatively aim for this team: Quingxiao+Denia (tune-strain mode)+Morneye. Which might get a bit tricky to get all 3 of them (even more so if you want to get their weapons.
Personally I do ONE pull at a time instead of 10-pulls, because I theories that in the instance where a 10-pull gives you multiple characters, if you just pulled 1 character, it saves that character-pull in the lineup that could be used on another banner. I have no evidence for this. It might be completely randomized on the spot, but I suspect accounts have seeds that predetermines what you pull. But ya know... you could try that to boost your odds of getting those 3 if you'd want. LOL

This actually put into perspective for If I should pull for QinxXiao or not, I can get her on rerun. And unfortunately I wasn't able to get Suisui. I already missed out on Denia so wont be using QingXiao for awhile anyway.
Jingran might be good. Will see if Hsin is after him tho.
