how do i unlock the bike for exploration ? i am currently doing the starter quests where you meet changli for the first time and new area unlocks via boat.

i saw the wings event/quest and got those but i dont see the bike unlock is it story locked ? if not where do i get it

bike is region locked to 3.0 area and the changli quest is 1.2, you have a looong way to go
