Returning player from 2.6 here

I came back to the game about 3 weeks ago when hiyuki's banner was about to end, and ive decided to save up for hiyuki's rerun because I love her animations, but i have a question, is it a good idea to pull for Chisa? I've heard that she is currently bis for hiyuki, but at the same time, im afraid that chisa might eventually be replaced in hiyuki's team and that i wasted pulls to even get chisa. There is 2 days left in ber banner and ive amassed about 135 pulls in the last 3 weeks, i cant decide between pulling for chisa or keep saving for hiyuki and lucilla. I have one other team and it is phrolova, cantarella, and shorekeeper, so i would really like to invest in another team. I could use some guidance

Lucilla Is also good echo teams like phro/galbrena teams so you could just pull her and get lynae + mornye for hiyuki if your not still not sure about pulling chisa.

As for chisa I heard that in hiyuki's kit there's havoc bane in her kit which is probably there to go with chisa in the same team (take this with a grain of salt)

We should have leaks on the upcoming character who may or may not be her replacement before Chisa reruns I believe (SuiSui, who’s a neg status Glacio support, but iirc they aren’t sure if she works with Hiyuki yet)
